First flight to Japan

Posted in japan by hijz on March 22, 2008

Alhamdulillah, everything was going completely fine on journey to Japan. One big leap in my history, and some of my friends too, first time being a foreigner. It was on 20th March 2008. First group of JAD students’ (includes me) flight, MH80, has took off from KLIA on 2100 (local time/lc), transited in Kota Kinabalu by 1115 to 2315 (lc) before it flew through the sky until Narita Airport which landed on 0625 (Tokyo time = local time + 1 hour) in the next day. In toto, we took approximately 9 hours for the journey from KLIA to Narita Airport.

Lets look up these pictures for picturestory.

Actually there still a lot of things that need to share but, i dont have time much. Till next time with more Japanese story.

p/s: Current currency rate is 1.00MYR is equivalent to 31.3425JPY. Equally, 100JPY is equivalent to 3.2MYR. I actually need to translate it into Japanese because i’m in Japanese mode :) .

Travel Often…

TRAVEL often

in search of Allah’s favour

for it is indeed the tradition of the pious

  • prayers are answered
  • every dirt collected is deemed as a good deed
  • All unanswered prayers are given blessing in the Hereafter.
  • His longings for the loved ones, entitles him to Allah’s forgiveness.
  • His feelings of loneliness in strange places, receives Allah’s favours.

TRAVELLING educates on three faculties:

mental, spiritual and physical

The mind ponders and analyses all that is seen.

The spirit becomes steadfast, faithful, willing, hopeful and humble.

The body requires dynamism, agility and alertness.

Travel often…

many experiences and education could be obtained.

p/s: excepted from ‘Panduan Musafir’ introduction. I’m looking forward to write about guideline for Muslim travelers based on the book.

Nokia’s visionary on nanotechnolgy

Posted in Nanotechnology, Review by hijz on March 1, 2008
Absolutely amazing! Nokia now have a vision on the possibilities that could be brought by fully utilizing so called nanotechnology named Morph. Its all brand new era after Information Technology, where Nanotechnology era is the era which ours future is relying on. ‘Now people are talking about nanotechnology’ said by Dr. Falah from TM Research Department, which i still remember his speech about it. Basically, nanotech is about putting ‘meaning things’ on the 10^-9 m surface. Now we have VLSI, which stands for very large scale integration, chip which runs your computer, after that there will be more complex circuit in the same chip size.
